the joy and adventure life can bring while sharing

with you all the beauty of the mind/body/spirit.

I am so thankful to all my clients for your support and
friendship over these past five years.
As the seasons change we adapt our lives
to make the most of those beautiful moments
for a fulfilled journey ahead.
Island Yoga closed the studio on December 22nd 2009, I will still be
offering Yoga, Pilates, Private, Group sessions &
Beach Yoga at a several different locations.

My mission is to offer open level classes to all levels of students,

to embrace our inner beauty and strength..

 

Yoga helps align your muscles and bones, which promotes a sense of unity and balance.

 

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates, originally named Contrology. 

Pilates is a method of exercises to develop strong muscles, lengthen the spine, increase flexibility, and improve body awareness.

 

 

For personal attention, we offer private training on the Pilates Reformer/Cadillac, a spring based machine to further the effectiveness of the Pilates program. For more information on Pilates tower classes and Private sessions please contact me at (910) 842-2100.
