Class Descriptions
Pilates Mat: Pilates is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates, to benefit core (abdominal) muscles while working the entire body.
Yoga-ilates: Yoga & Pilates are incorporated together; the class will allow students to experience the benefits of core strength and flexibility as one.
Partner Yoga/Basic Yoga: Working with a friend / loved one. Sharing the connection of Yoga with one another.
Anusara Inspired Yoga: Anusara- flowing with grace, bringing further awareness into our practice and daily lives. An introduction to the principles & beauty of this style.
Gentle Yoga: Combining slow movements, breath, and restorative poses to release stress & tension in the body.
Yoga level 1 & 2:This class is designed to introduce and enhance your Yoga practice. The use of breath, alignment of the poses, core strength, and flexibility will be combined to create a fun, flowing, and positive Yoga class. Open to all levels, modifications will be provided. Join us for a revitalizing experience.
Peak Pilates Tower Class:
The class will consist of using the Tower Wall units, the springs add resistance to Pilates mat exercises as well offer new exercises to isolate and engage different body parts through mobilization and stabilization. Sign up for classes will be requested to ensure space is available. Maximum number of students is 3.
