Classes Start on Time: Please arrive for your class on time, perhaps a few minutes early to allow yourself to prep and relax for the session.

Register for Tower Classes, space is limited to 3 students.

Physical Limitations/Injuries: Inform your teacher prior to class about any physical problems or medical conditions.

Open level classes: We invite all levels to attend any class. Remember to have fun and let go of competition.

Acquire and use your own Yoga/Pilates Mat. Island Yoga provides mats for a $1.00 rental fee.

Refunds: Island Yoga does not offer refunds on class and private sessions. The sessions, series classes, workshops are non-transferable to other students.
